    We offer a range of tailored day support programs designed to enhance the skills and independence of individuals. Our activities focus on personal development, social interaction, and community integration, ensuring each participant can thrive in a supportive environment. 

  • Employment

    E1MN – Employment 1st Minnesota services are implemented to support individuals in exploring, planning, finding, and keeping competitive, integrated employment. Individuals on waivers can participate in these services, collaborating with ATHC, their support team, and Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) counselor. 

  • Center-Based Work/Pre-Vocational

    At this time, ATHC offers center-based work at the ATHC-West (Hutchinson) location only

Day Support

We offer a range of tailored day support programs designed to enhance the skills and independence of individuals. Our activities focus on personal development, social interaction, and community integration, ensuring each participant can thrive in a supportive environment. 

  • Favorite activities of interest: volunteering, cooking, celebrations, games, puzzles, arts/crafts/fair projects, sports, gardening, guests – refit exercise, therapy animals, advocacy; biking, museums, outdoor sculpture and trail walks, coffee shops, outdoor games, Arboretums, bowling, libraries, nature centers, bean bag league, mall walking/indoor track, fairs and much more!

Employment

E1MN – Employment 1st Minnesota services are implemented to support individuals in exploring, planning, finding, and keeping competitive, integrated employment. Engage (Exploration) – Waiver employment exploration can assist an individual in making an informed choice about competitive integrated employment. (ATHC)

Plan (Development) – Waiver employment development services can help individuals interested in pursuing competitive integrated employment and development preliminary goals. (ATHC)

Find – VRS/SSB job search services assist individuals in finding and learning a job. 

Keep (Supported Employment) – Waiver-supported employment services can assist an individual in maintaining employment.

Center-based work/Pre-Vocational

Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) Partner - Limited Use Vendor 

  • As a designated Limited Use Vendor for Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS), we provide specialized employment services that connect individuals to meaningful job opportunities. Our team works closely with each participant to develop job readiness skills, provide job coaching, and support long-term employment success.
